Per stallholder:
£11/space using your own table
£15/space hiring a table
Please state on booking if you have a clothes rail
we do not supply tables for outdoor stalls
Indoor space size is one 6 ft table and one single clothes rail
any more space will be an additional charge
Two 6 ft tables would cost two space fees i.e. £22
Any more indoor space required will need to be discussed before booking.
If you have an indoor space please do not start packing away, until the event is closed to the public. Emptying stalls and leaving early is unfair on other sellers and may affect their sales.
Stallholders will have access to the venue from 10am
There is availability for outdoor spaces on the day using your own tables, dependant on the weather.  Outdoor spaces are not in the car park due to health & safety, but around the front, rear and sides of the church hall.

Please note:
No food or drink, either bought in or homemade to be sold unless you are registered with a local authority or contacted us first.
 
Payment must be made 'before' you set up please.

Customer and seller parking 'only' on the field to the rear of the inn

We are allowing visitor's dogs atm, providing they are on a lead and well behaved. We request owners are considerate of others and bag & bin. 
This may need to be reviewed in the future if owners are not responsible

Seller information

 £12 cars 
  £20 larger vehicles, trailers, vans

Sellers can arrive from approx.9.30am
Please pay 'in cash' on arrival
 

Please note:

It is the stallholders responsibility to ensure the safety of their tables, selling area, gazebos and safety of goods for sale. We accept no responsibility.
You must not sell stolen, dangerous, offensive or faulty goods.
No knives/weapons of any kind are permitted.
No alcohol to be sold
Please park and act responsibly.
Sellers and customers only to park at the rear of the venue.
In case of bad weather, please check our website and Facebook the evening before to see if it is running.

Please take all unsold items and any packaging, boxes and food wrappers home with you.
We have no facilities to dispose of your rubbish.
